Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds for products purchased from Shailab Fashion Freak.

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, shipped, or is out for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

In such cases, customers may choose to refuse the order at the time of delivery.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We sell T-shirts only. Customers are requested to carefully check the size, color, and product details before placing an order.

Returns or replacements will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The wrong product has been delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To raise a return or replacement request, customers must contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product.

A valid uncut parcel opening video recording is mandatory as proof while reporting damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Requests without proper video proof may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Products will not be eligible for return or replacement in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor color variation due to photography or screen display
  • Product used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
  • Missing uncut video proof

4. No Warranty

Shailab Fashion Freak does not provide any warranty on products sold through the Platform.

5. Refund Processing

Once the refund request is approved by Shailab Fashion Freak, the refund will be processed within 2 business days.

The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the customer’s bank or payment service provider.
